COMPASS Named May in Motion Alternative Transportation Champion

On June 24, COMPASS was one of several Treasure Valley employers recognized as alternative transportation champions at the annual May in Motion awards luncheon. COMPASS received the highest level of award -- platinum -- for 100% of COMPASS employees using some form of alternative transportation at least once during the month of May. The May in Motion competition is sponsored each May by ACHD Commuteride and Valley Regional Transit to raise awareness and encourage use of alternative transportation options. Welcome to the new COMPASS blog!

Welcome to our new blog. I'll be using this site to provide updates on what's happening at COMPASS and to share transportation-related information from around the region and around the country. I encourage you to share your thoughts and comments by participating in a lively (but civil) online conversation about the issues I share here. If you're not already familiar with COMPASS, I suggest you check out our web page at www.compassidaho.org to learn more about who we are and what we do.
